The Ministry of Natural Resources recently announced that the "photovoltaic power station project land control indicators" (hereinafter referred to as the "indicators") has passed the review of the National Natural Resources and Territorial Spatial planning Standardization Technical Committee, and has been implemented since August 1 this year.

The Ministry of Natural Resources formulated and issued the industry standard to standardize the construction land of photovoltaic power station projects, implement the deployment requirements of the Party's 20th National Congress on "implementing a comprehensive conservation strategy and promoting the conservation and intensive use of various resources", and deeply implement the major strategic decisions of the Party Central Committee and The State Council on reaching the peak of carbon neutrality.

The "Indicators" stipulate the overall indicators of photovoltaic power station project land, photovoltaic array land indicators, substation and operation management center land indicators, collector line land indicators and field road land indicators. The overall index of photovoltaic power station project land is calculated according to the full-area efficiency of photovoltaic modules, the latitude of the installation site, the type of topographic area where it is located, the installation arrangement of photovoltaic array and different boost levels.
